Yellow foot tortoise:   

Geochelone denticulata.

Yolk:   

The yolk within the eggshell provides all essential nutrients for the developing fetus.

Yolk Sac:   

The hatchling tortoise may still have a yolk sac attached to the plastron after emerging from the egg shell.  It will be slowly reabsorbed within a few days of hatching and during which time high levels of hygiene are important to prevent infection.
