Click and drag me down to the editor Hi everybody hope youre all well ,

ok, ever since i brought twiglet home in may the only time she ever deposited urates was when she was having her bath but since ive brought her indoors shes dropping them whenever and wherever she feels like it , i have to stop myself from scooping her up and placing her in her water dish with orders to replenish herself is this normal (her behaviour not mine lol)

Hi Sharon, yes that sounds normal, it is their natural instinct to deposit them in the bath or water bowl, as in the wild they would hold them until they came across water as you say to replenish those they deposit in the water.  But in captivity water is much more readily available so they do let them go more often.  No need to rush her into the bath or water, as long as you bath her as normal and have a water bowl in the enclosure she will be fine.Click and drag me down to the editor
