Humphrey Adult male N. African Spur-Thighed Tortoise (TGG) - Croydon
Posted: 12/05/2010 by TPGDarren

We have been asked to find a new caring home for a lovely adult male N. African Spur-Thighed Tortoise (Testudo Graeca Graeca). Humphrey is estimated at around 50 years old. His owners are no longer able to care for him as Humphrey is soon to lose access to the garden and has had problems with a fox in a relative's garden.
If you would like to offer Humphrey a new home, please contact the Rehoming Team at rehoming@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk  with the email subject line '“Humphrey”, Croydon TGG'. If you haven’t already completed a Rehoming Application Form, it can be downloaded here:-
http://www.tortoise-protection-group.org.uk/site/131.asp
You will need to download it into your documents, complete it and attach it to your email. If you experience any problems, please let us know, and if you have already completed an application, please let us know when you apply. Please note: There is no fee charged for re-homing but we hope that if you are successful in your application, you will consider a donation to help towards the TPG's work. Please be assured that any donation no matter how small will be spent working towards making a lasting difference to tortoises. Not all tortoises that we have rehomed in the past have required veterinary treatment, however occasionally this has occurred; therefore as a non profitable group we rely on your generosity to help our cause.

Many thanks
Darren
