Izzy - 9 year old Male Leopard - Huddersfield
Posted: 11/05/2010 by TPGDarren

We have been asked to find a forever home for a 9 year old male Leopard Tortoise.
If you would like to offer Izzy a new home, please contact the Rehoming Team at rehoming@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk  with the email subject line '“Izzy”, Huddersfield Leopard'. If you haven’t already completed a Rehoming Application Form, it can be downloaded here:-
http://www.tortoise-protection-group.org.uk/site/131.asp
You will need to download it into your documents, complete it and attach it to your email. If you experience any problems, please let us know, and if you have already completed an application, please let us know when you apply. Please note: There is no fee charged for re-homing but we hope that if you are successful in your application, you will consider a donation to help towards the TPG's work. Please be assured that any donation no matter how small will be spent working towards making a lasting difference to tortoises. Not all tortoises that we have rehomed in the past have required veterinary treatment, however occasionally this has occurred; therefore as a non profitable group we rely on your generosity to help our cause.

Many thanks
Darren

Hi all, just to say we are now back from Florida and Izzy is doing just great. he had a course of antibiotics before we went as he had a bit of a runny nose. he is loving going in and out of the garden and is now happy with the group. i had a faecal screening done and it was all clear. he is now happy to eat out of my hand, and likes the girls he is in with LOL! his owners, who made the hard choice to give him up, were lovely and really cared about him. we have agreed to stay in touch, but just to say, we love him to bits and he is doing really well. seems like he has always been here now.
