hello im a new tortise owner I found tommy last week in a field no body has claimed so I have bought him a new table and basking lamp etc I have come down this morning and he is still on his table when hes normally happily roaming about he keeps going up on his back feet and his tail is out too can any help im worrid about him many thanks
