My tortoise seems to be loosi g scales from his tLe and back legs? His urates are also pi k rather than white,any advice?

Has he been on any medication recently? This usually happens due to infection or the medication that treats it, such as some antibiotics. How do you keep him? Indoors, outdoors, temps, diet etc ;)
