Our tortoise (Horsfield species) has wandered out of our garden on Northcote Avenue (S2, Sheffield) at approximately 6pm tonight 25/08/2011.

Please check your gardens, garages, patios, underneath plants, long grass etc.

He is slightly bigger than the palm of a hand and likes to tuck himself into corners or under shrubs.

Hope you find you find him soon, have you contacted John Hayward (See Lost or Found opposite) also contact your local police station and put a notice up in the vets, don't give too many details though so that someone knows where you live
