Hi, I have just been given a tortoise as it was no longer wanted but i don't know what breed it is ,could someone please help me identify it so i can give it the best home and care ,thanks x

Looks to me like a Testudo Hermanni Boettgeri, an Eastern Hermanns tortoise.
