Horsefield Swollen Rear

Hi,

We have had our Horsefield for 3 years now. Always been healthy and active. Over the last few days his rear has become swollen and he isn't getting around like usual. Taken him to see a vet tonight, anyone got any advise on what it could be or what I should be mentioning to the vet?
