whats the best heat lamp and bulb,plus whats the best lighting to get,not the costly ones,money tight,i have a russian tortoise,

Best to stick with a combined lamp and a reflector. The UVB quality is better than using separates. The UVB lasts longer and by the time you've purchased all the separate bits and pieces for a UVB & separate heating system, it often works out around the same or even more expensive. There are some good deals about on combined lamps nowadays, so it's a good idea to use google for the best price. Though I must admit I tend to stick with Megaray.
