Hi I am looking at rehoming a tortoise from TPG and I was wondering what sort of tortoise would be suitable/best for a North london (England) enviroment?

Hi Bella, Click and drag me down to the editor to our site.   I would suggest you research the needs of all the various tortoises, please read our care sheets a link is on the left under 'The Tortoise' and 'Care sheets' the various species are then listed.

Although, most people find Hermanns, Spurthigh and Horsfield to be a bit more hardy to our climate.

I hope this helps, Vivienne
