I went into a local small petshop today in Charlcotte, warwickshire. And was sad to see a Hermann tortoise for sale in a very small enclosure. It was in a closed glass tank that seem to have a fan behind it. I felt so sorry for the poor thing. all in had in the tank was a small hide & a dish for its food. I asked how old it was, they replied 7 years. louise x

Hi Louise, its really sad isnt it, we hear of it all the time,  perhaps you could drop in one of our care sheets, or leave it on the counter or tank?
