Queenie is ready to come out of hibernation next week, she'll of done 10 weeks by then. How long can she be fed on salad for as I don't have many weeds growing in the garden as yet.

I have bought some of the Tortoise Lady's weed mix from Herbiseed and grow it in little pots in the conservatory, I plant up two every weekend and they're ready in about 3 weeks so I always have a fresh supply. I put the pots into Brian's box and he loves them  

How durrrr am I!. Thanks for that , you've just reminded me about the weed seeds I bought a while back, I totally forgot about them. If I plant them now hopfully she'll only have to stay on the salad stuff for a week or two.

Glad to have helped! I wish I'd bought the seeds earlier as I did feed Brian on the salad for quite a while and did feel guilty but he's happy and healthy. I'm sure Queenie will be happy on salad until seeds grow
