Hi All,

As I have re-homed a couple of tortoises in 2009 I just wanted to let the TPG know that the torts survived hibernation. I favour the "box in the loft" method and all my darlings survived. They were all hibernated for 10/11 weeks.

I re-homed Nigel from Runcorn and Toby .... it was Toby's first time hibernating and so I was a little nervous.... but thankfully all went well and Nigel was also was fine. I informed the previous owners of their progress and they were chuffed.

I know its a bit late but I would like to wish the TPG a great new year and would like to thank them for all the info I continue to pick-up on a day-to-day basis. It's part of my daily routine now to come home from work and check the forum. Everyone is helpful and informative.

I hope I can re-home in 2010 but best of all BRING ON THE SPRING !!!!!!!!!!!! I cant wait to get back out in the garden and just sit and watch my torts munching ........

Regards,

Michelle xx
