Juvenile Male Hermanns - W Midlands
Posted: 04/10/2009 by tpgarlene

Hello

We have been asked to find a new home for a juvenile male hermanns.  He has been with the current owners for 3 years, and is thought to be around 5 yrs old now.  It is a very sad decision for the owner to give him up, but due to a change in circumstances, and a new baby due in a few months, she doesnt feel that she has the time, or the space that this little tortoise needs.  I have attached a couple of photos - pretty little tortoise :)

If  you would like to offer this tortoise a new home, please contact the Rehoming Team at rehoming@tortoise-protection-group.org.uk  with the email subject line 'Stourbridge Hermanns'. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY THROUGH THIS FORUM. The rehoming application form can be found in the Rehoming Section of this website:-

http://www.tortoise-protection-group.org.uk/site/131.asp

you will need to download it into your documents, complete it and attach it to your email. If you experience any problems, please let us know, and if you have already completed an application, please let us know when you apply. Please note: There is no fee charged for re-homing but we hope that if you are successful in your application, you will consider a donation to help towards the TPG's work. Please be assured that any donation no matter how small will be spent working towards making a lasting difference to tortoises. Not all tortoises that we have rehomed in the past have required veterinary treatment, however occasionally this has occurred; therefore as a non profitable group we rely on your generosity to help our cause.

Many thanks

Arlene TPG
