Can anyone help - baby whitei search?

Can anyone help?

I have been keeping tortoises for over 11 years and have two large separate groups of iberas and hermans.  I also have a single whitei which I rehomed a couple of years ago.  I have tried for a long time to find a companion for my whitei - but with no success!  I even contacted the original breeder of my whitei but he is having problems with his breeding tortoises and they have not laid any eggs for the last couple of years.

Does anyone know of a breeder or someone who is selling baby whitei? I am beginning to think that this is a lost cause and my tortoise is meant to remain on his/her lonesome forever!

Thanks

I don't know, but the Tortoise Trust most probably will. They are always looking to re-home, and even if they don't have any to re-home at the minute, they will probably know someone who does. Here is the link for the forum, if your not already on it: http://www.tortoisetrustforum.org/

Hope this helps you on your quest to find your tort a companion!

In addition to my other post, someone on the tortoise trust has just hatched a baby whitei. I don't know if they are looking to sell it or if they have more eggs, but it's worth asking. :)
