Hello! I'm new to the forum. I'm 13 years old and have a 7-year-old Hermanns tortoise called (believe it or not) Herman! Herman used to be Lucy, until I only recently found out on the Tortoise Trust forum that he was a boy!
Anyway, I look forward to finding out even MORE about tortoises!

Herman is a brilliant name for him, quite original I think!!
Anyway you will enjoy this site and gets lots of help, the people are very friendly here. How long have you had Herman?

I've had Herman for 5 years, although, as my sister was only small when I bought him, the people who I got him from said it would be better to have an older tortoise, as they're shells wouldn't be so soft.
