Can I ask for  help on the members gallery, as I could not see how to do the following procedure on the instruction site.

What  happened was last week the members gallery was not up loading the photo's, I tried twice putting in my Image set title but with no success so I left it a couple of days and tried again and was successful. The problem now is that  I have 2 Image set titles that are empty showing both called Keya's world. The one I need to keep is just titled Keya. How do I remove the other 2  titles as edit does not give me that option.

Another question but not related to above- do TPG do written membership e.g members fee/card etc

Hi Jane

I'm sorry the gallery was not accepting your photos when you tried to upload them.  If anyone else has this problem please let us know straight away and we'll take a look.  Sometimes if the images are too large they time out.  You only have 90 seconds and if the image hasn't fully uploaded from your PC it stops loading it at this point and you may get an error message.  The only way to solve this problem is to resize your image before trying to upload it.  There are some written instructions about resizing in the photo gallery drop down menu on the left side of the web site, but if these don't work for you please let us know.

Another problem is that if you title an image and use a ' such as in Keya's World the image uploader will ignore it.  It seems to hate apostrophes and sometimes it hates a dash too - .  I'll check that we mentioned that in our instructions - I thought we had and if we did I'll try and highlight it better.

As to the image sets I'm afraid you are stuck with them for now.  Neither Vivienne or I can delete them for you but they are not visible on the site so please leave them be and try to ignore them.

At present we only ask people to register on the forum to be members of the TPG.  We are a group of volunteers who are working very hard behind the scenes to improve the welfare of tortoises in this country.  We are not a registered charity and all the money we do receive comes from fund raising activities we do ourselves. people. 

The web site will continue to improve as and when we have the necessary funds and may be we should think about a written membership I'll certainly raise it with my TPG colleagues so thank you for raising the question.

Did you just call it weeds n plants or did you put the dreaded apostrophe in there?  I should create anothe image set and call it Weeds and Plants and see how you go on.

Yes the instructions did say no apostrophies but Miss speedy had already put the title in and pressed the enter key!!! then reasd the instructions hence the second one did not have one.
I did make the pictures smaller so that was not the problem the fault page just said that it was either being worked on or fault on the website (or words to that effect).
Yes I can live with the titles, just didn't want the confuse anyone, but it is me that can see it anyway, so that's fine.

Hi Sharon, I can now see the 'weed and plants' folder!  I couldnt see it yesterday for some strange reason?  It looks fine to me, I can see your three pictures of plants which is a good idea as people can also ID them.  If it is still a problem, please let me know and I will see about removing it.
