Hi,

Tetley has started to bite himself?????  It only happens when he's having a bath. I thought at first perhaps he had an itch but it happens everytime he's in the bath.  I then thought naybe the water was too hot but it isn't?? 

Has anyone heard of this before?

Is Tetley not quite right mentally or is he just seeking attention?

I havent heard of that happening before!  Is it his feet he is biting and is it causing any damage?

Perhaps he can see his feet in the water or reflection!!!

Thanks for the replys.  He hasn't caused any damage which is why I'm not worried it just seems odd.  Its not his feet it's the top part of his leg which is out of the water. One of his scales is yellow I noticed rather than the brown but I wouldn't say it's damaged. Tetly is one odd little fellow!

Darren, this has been going on for weeks now..... Can you post video's on here? If so I'll post of the biting bath times!

Hi Darren,

Bathed Tetley today, camera poised and he didn't do it! I'm sure he knows when I post something about him and then decides not to it agian the monkey!!!!  I know it will happen again tho. Not sure if it's the yellow scale his biting or not,  very hard to see., but that's the only thing different on his leg.

Will send video as soon as it happens again.
