Just to let you know that the Hampshire Tortoise Society are holding their next meeting this Friday, 15th May at 7pm - guest speaker is respected chelonian vet, David Vawer.  Members and non members are all welcome, entry is £1, there will be tortoise related items available to buy, and the chance to meet and chat with like minded tortoise keepers!  Venue is:-

Know what you mean, I would love to go as David Vawer is the vet who done Molly's operation (This was not when I had her), plus it would just be nice to be around tortoise people, who don't raise their eyebrows if you talk more than 2 sentences about the torts.
Maybe more groups will be formed as time goes on
