Be careful

I was planting up my pumpkin and melon seedlings into an organic grow bag, I stuck my hand in only to be cut very deeply by an extremely large shred of glass. On tipping out the ehole bag onto the flags I found two further pieces of glass and an extremely large shred of a ceramic pot.

Be really careful when using these. I'm really glad that it wasn't what I had been using to plant up my tortie goodies for them to free roam through.Click and drag me down to the editor

I do hope you took photos of the cut to send. Would be interesting to see what they have to say about glass being in a growbag tho'

I have also come across glass and plastic in topsoil I've bought from garden centres. I Have just started riddleing my own garden soil to use cause lord knows what else there is in it... certainly reduces the peat content of growbags - random rubbish -
