I've been a member of TPG for years but very rarely post. I am more than concerned about a series of adverts I have seen and think something illegal may be going on. There is certainly animal cruelty involved. I won't be specific unless someone contacts me but I'm just not sure where to go from here to get the situation addressed. Tortoises are being advertised with horrendous deformities. The seller is offering to deliver to any local postcode for cash. some brreds are advertised as "Not needing paperwork which in fact are on Annexe A.

I am a hobbyist breeder but am certain something isn't right here.
