Horsfield tortoise growing conditions

Hi everyone,
I would like to welcome a 9 year old female horsfield tortoise and I am writing here to get details concerning the growing conditions (foods, lamps, size of the setup...). I plan to buy all she needs for her well being.

Where is the 9yr old coming from ? I'm asking because the species should be in hibernated during winter.

I'm wondering why this person can't advise you & why if she is a TPG member, the tortoise is not in hibernation.

I have seen the care sheet for this horsfield tortoise. could you give the size of the setup needed for her? unfortunarely, I have no garden but terre are some parks near my  accomodation, is it sufficient?

I have seen the ad on the gumtree website, I am interested by lini, a horsfield tortoise in Manchester...I do not know the name of the person.

I've found the ad.. 

I don't think she's a TPG member.

Without a garden, it would be unfair to take it on, even though it's free, as they need to be outside all summer.
