Hello there, I know you have a rehoming page so forgive this post but I wanted A Little advice if possible? We are hoping to welcome a tort into our home/garden this year and have spent some time researching and learning as we would be first-time owners.  We would like to adopt an older tort and possibly a hermanns. We have a secure garden so it would have a Free reign and will set up a secure house in our garden with a glass top for heat/shelter when required. I have a couple of questions: we don't want to take on a hatchling as worried about the local cats (not many but cautious) so thought an older/larger tort would be less vulnerable? Is this wise? And we have a few 'levels' to our garden I.e. Decking, 5 inch lower lawn and some raised beds which I was concerned about toppling/flipping over? Any advice would be appreciated as wondered if a shallow ramped area might help? And lastly we were hoping not to have to have a table indoors provided we have a substantial home outdoors? Any advice is welcomed, thank you so much in advance, Louisa
