Hi! We might be getting a tortoise soon and we wanted to know what EXACT heat lamp we need for baby Spur Thighed tortoises and how much it would  cost to run the heat lamp each month. 

Also, does a  tortoise need to have a pet passport to go abroad? 

one more question....I looked up heat lamps for tortoises one more  time and it said "tungsten or incandescent lamp with a reflector hood" and it said thaat the source was ultraviolet- B or something like that. Is this all correct??
