I live in Cambridge, I have a big open garden and a shed and i have too friendly cats. I would love to rehome a tortoise but it needs to be quite small my family also need to be persuaded. I am willing to follow all the instructions and build it an outdoor area and buy an indoor one. I am reading lots of books on how to look after them and I am very enthusiastic, but I am not sure what type of tortoise to get, and suggestions? 🐢🐢🐢

Hello, Hermanns, Spur-thighed or Marginated. A long term captive Horsfields would be ok, but certainly not one from a pet trader. Click on "The Tortoise / ....." box on the left for info. & when your setups are ready, click on "TPG Tortoise Rehoming" Regards, Tom
