Leopard Tortoise hatchlings

Hi, I have some leopard tortoise eggs in incubator laid 17/6/14. On saturday 11/10 i had one pip, unfortunately it hasnt moved or done anything since then, the egg sac is still visible. As this is my first ever batch could someone pls advise what i should or shouldnt do. Thanks

With the yolk sac still visible, it is a matter of patience. Mist the egg every few hours.

Well done, 'though it's regrettable that the species is allowed to be imported into our unsuitable climate.

Hi Tom still no change and it hasn't moved .... Have tried to upload pic but not letting me for done reason I'll continue to try

It doesn't look too good. The egg would normally be 'full'. 
Does it seem to be alive?
Have you tried gently touching a leg to see if there is a response. 
From what can see I'm not optimistic, I'm afraid.
