My Russian tortoise loves romaine lettuce and strawberry.I don't recommend iceberg-lettuce here is a list of some foods tortoises could eat. 

Romaine lettuce (fed on occasion)
Red and green leaf lettuce (fed on occasion)
Endive
Escarole
Radicchio
Chicory
Turnip greens
Mustard greens
Kale
Collards
Spring Mix (mixed salad greens)
cabbage (fed on occasion)

and yes tortoise's can eat cucumber
