Which uvb bulb?

Hi,I have been using a 5.00 uvb for my Herman but a pet shop recently advised a should be using a 10.00, is this correct and is much difference between them? Thanks, Stuart.

Hello,
Perhaps change when your present bulb is 6 months old.
Click on the "Buying a Tortoise ..." box, then the sub-heading "Setting Up ....."
There is more info under (Click) "Links."
