I'm getting a bit confused over all the options available and wonder if this is suitable for combined heating/lighting http://www.reptiles.swelluk.com/reptile-supplies/reptile-lighting-415/reptile-mercury-vapour-bulbs-1480/zoo-med-powersun-uv-bulbs-13244.html (I'd probably go for the 160w option).

Also the clamp they recommend http://www.reptiles.swelluk.com/reptile-supplies/reptile-lighting-415/reptile-light-fittings-487/zoo-med-deep-dome-lamp-fixture-54872.html presumably it's the larger one not the mini, and this might be really stupid - does the clamp come with a plug and lead ie with the clamp and the bulb is it ready to go?

Or can you recommend any other combined lights suitable as there's just so much choice and I want to do the right thing.
