is this suitable
Posted: 14/08/2013 by KateR

We have an old wardrobe shell in the garden, currently awaiting something doing with it. It doesn't have a back but if we replaced that would it be suitable for use as an indoor table? I don't have the measurements to hand but can get them. i think it is varnished - would that be an issue? Thanks.

Hello Kate,
Yes, a good idea. Very thoroughly wash the inside to make sure that the surface is stable & use untreated marine plywood for the base. Do you have a suitable garden?

Yes, we do. It does have a pond so we'd be making an enclosure rather than letting it have free roam. Been looking at lots of ideas online for setting one up, as well as setting up the indoor table too. Certainly won't go into it without thorough careful research and consideration.

You could enclose the pond
