I am thinking of getting a European tortoise - possibly a hermann but I am not sure whether they can live without hibernation are there any breeds that can? Also I would live a very detailed description with brands of what needs to go in his enclosure because I am very confused about lighting. Thanks and if you have any tips please let me know :)
