I am going to get a tortoise and I have done my research but I keep getting different opinions. I am looking for a European tortoise that can live WITHOUT hibernation and a very detailed list if everything I could possibly need in his enclosure

I replied to your post 2 hours ago titled "I KNOW NOTHING!!!" You now say "I've done my research" - with respect, you clearly have not. Hibernation is a natural process for European species. Do you mean an outside enclosure, or an inside one?
