My tortoise has been out of hibernation for two weeks, she has not eaten anything and she is now very lethargic and resting her head on the floor. She has been inside since hibernation and keeping her under a warm lamp. She is having a warm bath every day but she has only had one 1 wee and no poo yet. Very worried have tried giving her water from a pipette but cannot entice her to open her mouth. Very grateful for any advice as soon as possible.

If she hasn't eaten for two weeks, I would take her along to the vets for a check up. She really should have eaten by now.
Reptoboost is very good for sick tortoises. It's a probiotic and you can add it to the water. I would seek good veterinary advice and bathe her three times a day in the reptoboost. Do make sure you rinse her off afterwards though.
