Our two little Hermanns haven't been out of their housing all day, therefore haven't eaten and their shells are very cold.  They have a tortoise table in the bedroom, but it has been a particularly freezing day even though the heating has been on for most of it. Is this normal? Should I wake them and put them under the lamp?  I am leaving the heating on all night so the temperature should stay fairly constant.
