Hi Allison,  It's a bit of a longshot but I am still desperate to rehome my African Spur Tortoise.  I had a lady that was interested in him but unfortunately that fell through.  I live in Surrey but if you were interested I would gladly arrange to get him to you if you are still interested after all this time.
