Hi everyone,

My name is Kathryn and I am looking into purchasing a Tortoise.  The only problem is that I have no idea what breed to go for and could really do with advice on this, how to look after them and where I can home them.  Can they be kept indoors?

Hi Kathryn

No tortoise is suitable for indoor housing on a permanent basis and should have access to outdoors wehrever possible. At either end of the season, it's OK to keep them in when temps are low, but not on a permanent basis.
