Hi

They are selling baby tortises at my local garden centre and naturally I am disgusted.  One has bubbles coming out of his nose which I know is not good.  What can I do?  They are labelled as 'captive bred' which I have just learned from your site is a load of tortoise poo.    Thanks.

He/she/they require veterinary treatment. I would be inclined to contact your local RSPCA Officer. They shouldn't be selling sick tortoises.
