To sex a tortoise of this age is not really possible. An MRI scan could possibly show the internal sexual organs, but depends on how important it is to know?
usually from the age of 5-7yrs,  is when you can safely sex them, of course some tortoise are sexually mature earlier like humans.
How long have you had your little one?
