It is an offence under Regulation 8(1) of the Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Enforcement) Regulations 1997 to sell or use for any commercial purpose an Annex A species without the relevant valid Article 10 certificate. We also have a forum on Facebook, frequented by a wide range of keepers. Please feel free to join by clicking HERE if you require any advice.
