can tortoises live side by side with bearded dragons????

Hello Jack, I would say no as vivaria necessary for beardies, are not good for keeping torts. Beardies need arid, desert conditions I think. Torts need a well planted tortoise table when small and also an outdoor living area with supplementary heating for cooler days, if available. That's my opinion, maybe someone else will give contrary advice...let's wait and see!  David in York.

I agree with David. Additionally there is to possibility of cross infection by pathegeons that are alien to either the tortoise or the Beardie.
