Sleepy tortoise

I’ve got two 6/9 month old horsefields.  One is quite active where as the other one seems very sleepy.  It doesn’t come out of it’s night time compartment unless encouraged and then stays outside for only a short period.  Any ideas?

They are mainly kept indoors unless it’s warm enough outside.

Can you send photos of your torts & enclosures (in & out,) please ?

Also much more detail - 

Where obtained ?
Food ?
Heat/light sources ?
Heat timings ?
Temp at hot spot & at cool end.

Etc., etc.
