We applied to adopt a tortoise in Sheffield months ago now from you guys and we've had no response. Does this mean we are not suitable tortoise parents?! If you could let me know either way I would appreciate that, as filling out your application form alone took me an hour, so surely a quick response email to say yes or no could be sent from your charity?
