THE SPUR-THIGHED TORTOISE

Whats the coldest temperature a tortoise can withstand outside, I bring mine in in the winter but not sure when is the best time. (I don't hibernate him, he just falls asleep in a corner for a few months and wake up naturally, I then put him outside in the spring when it gets a bit warmer) He's about 8 yrs old.

Help please.

Hello,

Given the way you have been keeping it - I am surprised it's still alive !!

Go to "The Tortoise?Incl.." Box, click on the different sections & start studying.

You will find all the info. you need on this site.

Best wishes,
Tom
