my tortoise Charlie is an oldish tortoise.she is slightly overweight but cannot seem to lose weight even though food has been cut down. She has podgy flesh around her head. She was walking but now wiggles her legs like she wants to walk but that's it .was on reptiboost but we think tha migh be blocking her up .only seems to do 1 wee a day .can anyone help please.charlie is about 70.80years of age
