Hello Gem,

Can I first ask who the breeder is who has given you rather poor info..

Ideally shouldn't have to ask on this Forum when you have spent good money with a breeder, who has a duty to provide quality info..

Regards,
Tom

Fair enough, I asked as there are numerous 'pretend' breeders. If you saw the parents in their outside encl. then fine.

3 or 4" of moist soil or coir is fine.

I'd use 6x1" decking for an outside pen with wire netting on top. Cheaper & better than a g.p. run. Watch for tunnelling.

Relax, if c. bred they'll thrive. Click on "The Tortoise" box for lots of info.

Tom
